TESTING REPORT

All products that are tested and sold by RS Breakers & Controls come with a detailed testing report. As a consumer, it is your right to know the electrical components you have purchased have been thoroughly safety tested. When you purchase your air breakers, or panel switches for hazardous locations, you need to know that they are safe and not going to be a liability. Remember, if there’s no test report then it is not tested.

STATE-OF-THE-ART TESTING FACILITY

Circuit Breaker Testing

Phoenix HC 20: The high current test set allows us to apply current to the breakers to test the actual current and protective relays/devices to ensure that they work.

Switchgear Testing

Biddle DLRO and Megger 5KV: We test the resistance and insulation to ensure there is no deterioration or leakages.

Voltage Testing

We apply the appropriate voltage to the primary taps, view that the output is correct, and monitor any fluctuations or irregularities.

HIGH SAFETY STANDARDS

ANSI, CSA, & NEMA Accredited Reconditioning

While the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) may have slightly different standards, RS Breakers & Controls ensures the highest standards are met, not just the minimum.
